About WebClimb

We build websites that help businesses work better.

WebClimb is a Perth-based web design and digital solutions studio focused on helping small and growing businesses build a better online presence. We design modern websites, create practical online booking solutions and develop the tools that connect the two.

Who we are

Small team. Practical approach.

We’re a small team, and we intend to keep it that way.

It means the people discussing your project are also closely involved in designing, building and supporting it. There are no unnecessary layers, complicated processes or one-size-fits-all packages.

We focus on understanding what your business actually needs, then build a solution around it.

01
Direct communication from the people doing the work.
02
Practical solutions shaped around real business needs.
03
Long-term support without unnecessary complexity.
From client need to product

ClimbCal started with a problem our customers kept asking us to solve.

As we built websites for service-based businesses, the same questions kept coming up.

“
Can customers book directly through the website?
“
Can they pay online or leave a deposit when they book?

There were plenty of scheduling products available, but we wanted something that worked naturally with the websites we were building — simple for customers to use, easy for businesses to manage and flexible enough to support different services, booking rules and payment requirements.

So we built our own.

ClimbCal was developed internally by WebClimb in response to the needs of our web design customers.

What began as a solution to a recurring client problem has grown into a standalone online booking platform that can now be used with a WebClimb website or integrated into an existing website.

WebClimb + ClimbCal

Web design and booking, built to work together.

ClimbCal is a WebClimb product, but you don’t need a new WebClimb website to use it. We can design the website and booking journey together from the beginning, or add ClimbCal to the website you already have.

01 / Need a new website?
WEBSITE + CLIMBCAL

Design the website and booking journey together.

When we build your website, we can plan the customer journey from the start — from discovering your service to choosing a time and confirming a booking.

02 / Already have a website?

Add ClimbCal without rebuilding your site.

We can configure your booking setup, match it to your brand and connect your existing website to a professional online booking experience.

How we work

Straightforward by design.

We keep projects focused, practical and easy to understand. The aim is not to add technology for its own sake — it is to make your website and online tools work harder for your business.

01
Listen first

We start by understanding your business, your customers and what you actually need the website to do.

02
Keep it practical

Technology should solve a problem, not make running the business more complicated.

03
Build for real customers

Clear calls-to-action, responsive layouts and simple customer journeys matter more than unnecessary effects.

04
Stay involved

We can continue hosting, supporting and improving what we build after your website goes live.

A product shaped by the businesses we work with.

ClimbCal brings online booking, availability, calendar sync and payments together in one platform designed for independent professionals and small teams.

Because WebClimb develops both the website and the booking platform, we understand how the two should work together as one customer experience.
